hi..I am a meesho reseller…but today when I opened the app it’s showing customer verification failed and u can’t access the app…the money is stuck..customers refunds are stuck of about ₹4000 so pls help me in this case..cc is not helping

My name is Arghya Dey. I am a reseller of meesho aap. I have placed orders on meesho aap. All orders are delivered successfuly to the customers but they don’t send my margin to the bank account. I have called the customer care but they said my account flagged and all payment blocked. I want resolution.
Is it showing mergin is pending or mergin is collected . Could you please confirm once .
Meesho has Blocked Our Account Inventory as we complained regularly to them that their pickup person had not come for 15 days. Every time they gave the reply that the problem will be solved in 24 Hrs for that the Pickup person said Our shop was closed. We told them that Our is a Home Office and It is never closed. If the door is closed the person can Knock on the door or call us up and we are there. But each time their reply was the same and no action was taken. We even asked them to change the Pickup Partner and they said that they will do that and did nothing. We have come to know from Other Supplier That they Pay the Pickup person Rs. 1000 Extra for Better Service. We have been telling Meesho for Almost a Month Now to Unblock our Inventory and they give Standard Reply that in 24 Hrs it will be done but no Action is taken even after our follow-up every day. We Never Defaulted on our Orders and had a perfect Record and Were Given “Trusted by Meesho Tag”, Till the Courier Person stopped coming and Meesho Blocked our Inventory.
