I just restarted selling on Meesho, I was told by a contact at Meesho that the claim process for RTO / returns remain the same. In the past two one/ two of my claims have been unfairly rejected with proper unpacking video.
I hence resumed services to try my luck almost after a year. I received 4 orders, all are RTO and one of the returns received recently show fake return.
I did the same, tried to raise a complaint but it’s asking me for Meesho packaging barcode to make a claim. I asked for a call back and was informed that without Meesho branded packaging claims are not accepted.
As per law if a company is forcing branded packaging they are not allowed to charge for the same but they do not follow the same.
I opened my parcel in from of the logistics partner and found fake return. I even put the same comments on the AWB copy. Yet they are not accepting my claim.Image Uploaded by Neha Saraf:
