Meesho app shows order delivered but still not received the product

Text of Complaint by Trupti Kamble:

I ordered 2 same products in different orders on 16th Aug 2022 at 12:58 PM and 1:00 PM respectively and it is a prepaid order of Rs.576 per product so in total I have already paid Rs.1152 .I am mentioning order ID of both the products
Sub Order ID 639000204701_1
Sub Order ID 880264474781_1.
I received only one product on 26th Aug 2022 but on meesho app both the products are marked as delivered with same AWB no 3015451407. So I called meesho help center on 7th day (1st sept 2022) the agent said due to some technical issue they are not able to raise a ticket. So I called them today (2nd sept 2022) as well to know the status of my order but the agent said as I haven’t filed complaint in 7 days from 26th aug when I received my first order they will not initiate the refund. As I mentioned earlier that I did call on 7th day but due to their technical glitch they were not able to raise a ticket then how come it is my fault. Kindly look into this matter it will be really helpful.
