I ordered two magic mops in different orders on 16th Aug 2022 at 12:58 pm and 1:00 pm respectively for which I have already paid the amount throught online payment. On 26th Aug 2022 I only received one product but on meesho app they marked both the products are delivered. And after contacting to meesho help center on 7th day i.e.,1rst sept 2022 because of technical issue agent was not able to raise a ticket so I called them today (2nd sept 2022) as well. They were saying that I will not get the refund for this product as I haven’t filed a complaint in 7 days. As I have already mentioned that I already called on 7th day but because of their technical issue they were not able to raise ticket then how come it is my fault. I want to add one more thing that the tracking Id for both the orders are same. I am sharing screenshot of both the products kindly look into this matter.
