Meesho app shows as delivered, but I havent received the product.
Call #1 – I reached out to Meesho customer care as soon as I got a SMS which said ‘the product is delivered’ (which wasnt delivered). The customer executive of Meesho informed me that the app has an issue, so told me that the prodct isnt actually delivered & asked me to wait for few more days. With this data, I just blindly believed this fraud customer agent.
Call #2 – After few days, I tried reaching again as the product wasnt delivered. To my surprise, the customer executive told me that the product is delivered & complaint cant be raised as its already 7d & they have a time limit of only 7days to raise a complaint for any product.
Call #3 & #4 – Tried reaching again with the same issue, but all the agents are helpless.
I need refund or need the product to be delivered
