we are part for Messho seller forum. We have been having an issue with the penalty charged by meesho on shippment charges. During a lockdown i hope you are aware that it is not legal to operate business which you don’t seem to be understanding. you have charged cancellation and penalty charges for not dispatching products which were ordered during the lockdown phase. Hence MEESHO needs to understand that it is nor practically possible to process orders when the local state GOVT declares area wise lockdown. Hence i appeal to refund the charges charged on our account for these orders…
