I have ordered suit set from meesho on cash on delivery the delivery date on app is 29 March but I have received the parcel on 25. But even I opened the parcel there is 1 used black pant and the parcel is also in bad condition. When I tried to refund or exchange the product on app there “your product has been not delivered once the product is delivered to you we will proceed the return request ” is showing. I also tried to call help line no. But they didn’t help in any way please help if you can. I want to return my order ot was a gift for my mother. And that shippment company libra there is no other information about parcel
