Text of Complaint by Unnimaya:

I ordered 2 items from meesho. It was sent through valmo courier. The tracking is wrong. And there is no possibilty for contacting the courier in any way. Despite showing product reached my location, it was not delivered. The app updates delivery date by 3days, again aftrr that by 3days extended. I had paid for both online itself so they are not refunding unless they get info that courier is lost in transit. Same time, they said that they dont have any update from courier and not able to contact them
