I was using meesho from last 6-7 months.. now from 8 days app isn’t opening while trying to contact support team every time it says all executives are busy. Yesterday i got text that my prepaid parcel is delivered but i dont know where and whom it has been delivered neither anyone called me or texted me. After 8 days of multiple trials i finally found a customer care number of meesho where the executive has no idea about anything he was unable to say anything just said your account is flagged. When i asked him about my prepaid order and refund he said you will not get any refund. Sorry..
