Meesho customer account has been blocked and I’m unable to return the products which are of cheap quality.
It shows that user verification has failed. They didnt inform me for any reason why the account has been blocked and no intimation that it will be blocked. I have brought the products with all issue easy returns category and paid more to return if the product is of low quality.
I have right to return products. Even though it was sellers fault that they weren’t sending right products meesho blocked my a/c with no intimation. This is very unfair.
I would like to return the products which are of cheap quality and wanted refund immediately. Its very frustation and I would need an action immediately.
They don’t have any customer support representative to address this query, after waiting for 6 hours, customer support said sorry we can’t address the issue.
