I have ordered medicine for my mother on 9th Feb and Dhani mobile app showing it was delivered on 13th on Sunday on my shop. My shop was closed on Sunday. Now Customer support not responding to my question about delivered Medicine. I have contacted them atlases 8-9 times from 14th Feb but they are giving same response that ” We are looking into you issue.”
