We have requested courier service from DTDC to deliver a package containing medicines. Origin location was Kottayam (Kerala) and destination was Pachaurar (Bihar). The medicine was never delivered but the tracking information (R70537834) was updated as delivered. We raised multiple complaint about this with DTDC customer care but they did not take any action. There is no accountability on their part and they keep doing this fraud. I seek help in this regard.
