To whom so ever it may concern

I Rahul Srivastava subscriber of Vi user want to bring your notice that i am facing problem in running internet at my home. Me and my spouse both are using Vi connection from the last 14 years and from the last one year I am struggling with the internet connection problem at my residence.

Although I have raised complaint several time on this but dont get any resolution on this.

So, I request you to give me a proper solution on this other wise I will switch toany other network. Because my children are also facing issue to access their online classes.
