i got 2 payments through patym , one was 1000 and 2nd one is 30000, patym deduct its mdr charges and also he deduct around 1500 Rs as pervious MDR charges.
Accourding to patym customer care due the techinical problems MDR charges are not deducted on previous payment so patym started deductong its blance MDR amount.
when i check the my previous statments i got noting , i got only my last month statments,
even i dont have dada to evaluate.
what if no such mdr charges are not aplicable?
what if patym intentionally not deduct so called MDR charges to incress its customers ?
someone have take a legal action on it , this is very unfair ,
i request you to please take some legal action, atlest patym should give me proof that deduction is lawful.
they prvoid a hard copy or soft copy of MDR charges deduction details .
