Text of Complaint by Raghu Sharma:

I got a call from maxlife, they provided all the policy related details to me and offered me a discount in current installment. They have provided me the account number for submitting the installment. I verified the policy details (policy number, exact amount, last payment eyerything) provided and transferred the money to that account. I was still getting the calls for paying the installment. So i confirmed with Max Life and got to know that money has not been transferred to maxlife.

I complained about it to Maxlife customer care. They told me to visit bank and police station. I visited the bank and gathered the information about account then I visit the police station and filed a report which had been asked by maxlife customer care. I did not recieve any call from maxlife then I sent a reminder email. They replied and essured that they will take the responsibilaty, investigate about it and refund my money. They did not ask for any info which I gathered from the bank. I reminded them to take the information. Again i did not recieve any update. After reminder they ensured me that they will resolve this. After so many reminders (in 2 months) they replied that they are not responsible for this. They could’ve said that in the first place itself. What had changed in 2 months? They kept lying to us. I did not recieve any call about the issue unless I ask for an update.

When they were not going to do anything about it, why did they ask me for police complain copy and wasted my time?
