I purchased Loose-fitting high-waisted slacks XXL-Black from Mavix Store through Facebook on 11/09/23. Today (16/09/23) I received the parcel for Rs. 799/ where mode of payment was Cash on Delivery. But I got the completely wrong product, instead of the pants I got make up foundation bottles. There is no systematic refund policy and no way to contact the brand for refunds. This is a scam.
