Text of Complaint by Vijay Kumar Tripathi:

I, Vijay Kumar Tripathi (i.e. customer ID: VI25760), have been booked a 100000 inr FD (i.e. FDR no. 001014005857) in Non-cumulative scheme with application no. 444585. Since Dec’2022 I am not getting any interest and now the 3 years were also complete on 16-Mar-2023, still not received any interest or my principal amount. On 31 march’2023, I called the customer care no. and they said after closing they will transfer the amount but no amount received yet. Now your customer care numbers were also not working. Kindly reimburse the principal amount with interest and share the new customer care numbers.
