I registered a complaint on 8067987788 regarding the mattress that I purchased on 21st April. The mattress foam pressed in several places. A technician visited for the same issue and found the same. Now I got a message that there was no issue with the mattress and the customer was not happy. I am not blind and also, the technician was not blind. he had a couple of pics of it. How did he cancel and mentioned the remark? I purchased it with 5 years of warranty and its damage in 7 month only. Really a disgusting product.
I want to connect with technician Mr. Narendra Kumar Jangid firstly and want to ask him that you are satisfied with what you observed. Why did he mention the wrong status of mattress.
Secondly, I want to raise my concern again. The mattress foam pressed from several places.
