I opted for a service for sofa and mattress cleaning from Urban Company. After cleaning, the mattress started smelling so bad that we cannot stand in the same room where it is kept. My whole flat is smelling horribly. I am not sure if I ever would want to sleep on the same mattress, I already have acute skin problem (hives). My mattress is Kurlon Convenio, for king size bed and I bought it pretty expensive. The smell of the mattress is so bad that we are unable to sleep and eat since past 2 days. The professional came today and said the smell will go in couple of days. Urban company customer care are not responding appropriately to my emails. They do not even have a proper customer care number where I can give call. I beg you to help me out with this issue. I have puked 3times because of this horrible smell.
