Very disappointing experience with this matrimony service.
Initially, their team contacted me multiple times claiming that certain profiles were highly interested in my profile and convinced me to take their paid service. They created urgency and continuously followed up until the payment was made.
However, immediately after payment, they informed me that the same profiles were “no longer interested.” After that, the service quality completely changed. The staff became unresponsive, ignored calls and messages, and behaved very rudely.
I felt misled and cheated by the false promises made just to collect money. There was no proper follow-up, no genuine matchmaking support, and no professionalism after payment.
