I have ordered shoe on Myntra which was supposed to be delivered on 28th of may, but suddenly they have updated the status of the delivery as delivered and I have not received the product I have called the coustomer support team told my problem they said the problem will be solved with in 24,hours and from that day I have been following up with almost 20 people and everytime a new coustomer support executive picks up they ask for 24hours and finally they are saying that it’s a OTP based delivery and they cannot do anything about it but I have also shared my SS of messages that I have received on that day. Even after they say they cannot do anything about it.
