I have book by order for Sami SH-12 On-ear Bluetooth Headsets on 30.08.2019 vide order number 9107082869. From 01.09.2019 status is showing as material deliver but till date I have not received the material. I am call too many time to Paytm Customer care and they have logged the call and every time they are closing the case with remarks that “A detailed investigation was completed on your issue of your order number 9107082869 and the courier partner XPRESSBEES, has possitively confirmed delivery of your order to you” but their investigation team never contact us for any confirmation about delivery and neither providing any proof of delivery.
