Clothes looks old, plus the quality of it is very poor, dirty & it smelly too.
i am uploading the pic you can easily identify it.
I have written 3 emails and tried to call them on given number’s, but i didn’t receive any response from emails nor on phone calls.
Subject : Material Defective & poor quality / Invoice No : KUR2509-46 / Dated : 25thSep2022
This email have been written to them 3 times and no response came till yet on email nor any response came on given phone numbers

i again repeat that , we tried to contact “Fashion Reel” through mobile number : 8930918992 / 01140846025 but both of them are not responding to the call.
pls take the necessary action, pickup and refund the amt as soon as possible.
Or
We don’t have any choice to put the complain at Consumer Court..
