I have joined a contest on dream11. It was a football match between South Korea and Vietnam. The match did completed in a legal way after playing for 90 minutes and added time given.
But dream11 on its own declared the match as “Abandoned” by itself regardless of knowing match has legally ended.
This nonsense of an amateurish behaviour of dream11, I lost my earnings. And also they refunded the entry fee in that section of the wallet, from where I cannot even withdraw it.
Please find the image below in the attachment where you can see dream11 declares that Korea has won by 6-0 and still shamelessly shows the status of the match as “Abandoned”
I am hoping for some action to be taken on this hopeless and shameless platform. Thank you.
