I ordered a product from Lavanya The Label. It took 1 month for them to ship the product, and after getting shipped, it was assigned to Ekart. Ekart sent a message telling me to add my exact location by clicking on the ‘+’ sign or the location icon, which was nowhere provided. And after a few days it gave me the following status: Marked RTO: ORDER_REJECT. There is no information given on how to add the exact location, also I don’t know how to get my product now. Either give me my order or give me the entire refund.
