I recently ordered two products on Meesho.I did not received the products. Prepaid order marked delivered via OTP, but I did not receive any OTP or product. The company is unable to provide OTP details or delivery agent information, which proves no valid delivery happened. Despite this, they are refusing refund. This is a clear case of fraudulent delivery and deficiency in service. I request immediate refund
