I HAVE PURCHASED 1 SNEAKERS OF REDTAPE FROM MYNTRA AND THE PASTING ON SHOES LEFT IT WITH IN 21 DAYS FROM THE SNEAKERS DELIVERED AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO RETURN IN MYNTRA AS RETUREN PERIOD WAS ENDED SO I CONNECTED THE REDTAPE CUSTOMER CARE OVER THE NUMBER AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE AND I EMAILED ALL THE DETAILS OVER THEIR MAIL AND THEY APPROVE THE REPLACEMENT BUT IT WAS APPROVED AFTER A LOTS OF CALLS AND MAILS AS THE NO. IN THE WEBSITE IS NOT ABLE TO CONNECT EASILY AND CALLS WERE NOT PICKED AND I HAD TO PAY 400 FOR COURIER CHARGES TO SENT THE SNEAKERS AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE SNEAKERS AGAIN YET I RECEIVED MANUFACTURING DEFECT PRODUCT AS IT’S PASTING WAS NOT GOOD AND DAMAGED ALSO AND GLUE IS COMPLITLY AVAILABLE ON THE SNEAKERS, AND AFTER THAT I CALLED THEM AGAIN BUT THEY SAID I HAVE TO VISIT STORE FOR THE SAME ELSE I HAVE TO RESEND THAT ONE ALSO TO NOIDA AND I WILL HAVE TO BEAR THE COURIER CHARGES AGAIN AND THEY WILL NOT ISSUE REFUND ALSO FOR THE SAME.
