Subject No-1
[Manipulation of Pharmeasy company in delivering the medicines thru online]
Sir, I, Narender Kumar, had placed an order of a medicine thru online by my mobile no. 9810157437 by adopting option in online transaction i.e.”i dont have prescription for the same”, and paid amount Rs.362/-after placing such order, two or three persons talked to me by representing themselves as a doctors from pharmeasy and approved my order no. 296701847715446784 dated 20.03.2023, now at 2.30 PM, they refunded my amount of rs. 362/- without any cogent reason.
it is to inform you that before placing such order someone talked to me from mobile no. 9355043579 and offered me the same medicine in Rs.600/- but i told him that i have placed order on line and getting the same medicine in Rs.362/-
The above episode is crystal clearly reflecting that some pharmacist connected with pharmeasy is selling the medicines in black prizes, therefore there is manipulation is clearly reflected in cancellation of my order.
Plz do the needful other wise this issue is attracting towards lawful action

[Pharmeasy company just want to know the data/requirements from thier website and after receiving the orders, their connected pharmacist approach the customers to take the medicines on double rates by taking various lame excuses)

The doctors of pharmeasy had approved two times the above required medicine and generate prescription also which is here with attached for the ready reference to the higher -ups/regulatory forums
After receiving the payment two times, even after approving the order and confirmation of dispatched two times, pharmeasy cancelled the said order two times
What i have generally observed on the websites of esteemed reputed companies like Tata 1mg and indiamart, if they have mentioned on their website the availability of medicine, they delivered the same faithfully but it is a worst experience with Pharmeasy which clearly establishes that there is no command of founder on this company.
I am escalating this serious issue to appropriate regulatory authorities for instnt & appropriate action against the management of company for harassing me two times in intention to extract more money on direct orders thru phones.
