Text of Complaint by Ashok Meena:

I received a call from airtel customer care executive on november 5 2018 regarding Mobile Number Portability, on my AIRTEL number 9785252375 that i wanted to go in other operator. They told me that they are giving 84 days validity with free local and national calling with 100 sms daily, thats why i have decided not to go for MNP. I again comfirmed in evening on nov 5 by calling 198 (complaints helpline number) that if i recarge 399 then would i get 84 days validity with loacal national free calling and they also confirmed that i should same benefits from this recarge but when i have recarged with this 399 plan i got only 70 days validity. I also called for this query after i have recharged but Mr. Raghu Nandan customer care executive said i would get 84 days validity after 1 hour, but i didn’t get anymore validity. I also called on nov 8 and they also said that, that was the MNP offer and i would get those benefits after three days of recharge but still i didn’t get those benefits, they also manipulating customers so that please help me in get my full benefits . Thanks
