Dear Team,
Rude behaviour at the time of ticket booking and the ticket advisor forced me to buy food voucher and when I was refused because I did not want the food voucher the ticket advisor said that I am not able to give the ticket and within 5 minutes A man came to me and said, Sir, you can buy the ticket, so I, my friend came in the ticket queue and when it was my friend’s turn, the ticket advisor got up from his seat and went away. And the people next to him booked the tickets and when we got our tickets, we went back and took our seats. so its a good or your team train to your team regarding this behaving for your reference consider CCTV(3.11.2023 1:40pm to 1:50pm) recording and watch everything.
