Hi Team

I received 2 orders one on this 5 July ( Sunday ) and other one on 6 July ( Monday )

I am totally frustrated and humiliated by Flipkart .

They are delaying my refund request and moreover they filled replacement request in place for refund . They work as per there wish and don’t thing for the customer , I called them continuously , but they are not responding me properly . There system is wrong and even though all fault is there they are making me suffer alot .

First

 CYBER DOT COM 
Embroidered Jamdani Handloom Cotton Silk Saree  (Light Green)   Order ID OD222175316557932000 – I didn’t receive the correct saree , only the color is the same and all other material is changed , design is different style is different and stuff also different . On call with customer care I requested to replace it , but the retailer is saying that he doesn’t have more saree like this . This is a total fraud .
Then after in place of putting refund request they put replacement request as per there wish no my .

Now second order

Saree is burnt , from the side and the package wrapper is stuck on the saree . See the pics attached .
I called customer care , but I didn’t receive any positive and fast response.
All mistakes are from flipkart side , so why should I bear all . I want a full refund with compensation in the account through which payment has been done .
I was supposed to wear these sarees yesterday night , all my plan has been cancelled .
No one is coming to take these sarees on time , no one calling me for any update on my complaint , I was fast track refund with compensation . Is this the way you all are working
They all are just trying to make full of normal public . They are not ready for refund and just indirectly forcing me to do replacement .
In the end I wish to get total refund with the compensation . I had both order invoice with me .
