Malpractice, deficiency in service from amazon for not picking up my return of delivered product inspite of 30 days return policy.

Text of Complaint by Sufiyan mankar:

My name is sufiyan mankar, my registered mobile number with amazon is – 7218496969, i have ordered a tresmode shoe from amazon and on the same day when it was delivered to me i have placed an return request because the size is not fitting me. But the delivery agent is not contacting me on the date of pickup and just mentioning any ill and false reasons of some verification or something and cancelling my return, my return is being just rescheduled for around 5 times till now and is causing very inconvenience to me, i have even mailed the problem on cs-reply@amazon.com but they are not acting on it, on 28 oct 2022 i have received delivery and on the same day i have made a return request but the amazon is not picking up my return not even delivery agent is aloted to me, and on the date of pickup they just make me wait till evening 7 and after that again they reschedule it after 4 days in next slot and this is the only thing they r doin with me till now, the details of order is attached below. I have paid rs 3250/- i want my refund
