Text of Complaint by Santhosh P. Koruthu:

I use a simple basic phone (Nokia 105). The service provider is VI. For the last many months, within a day or two of prepaid recharge, VI simply takes away the recharge for a game/service I have never opted for. If I send message to them (155223) with STOP for all VAS, the message I get is that I have not opted for any VAS. Calling the customer service has been an exercise in vain, since they keep redirecting you, till you come back to the first customer service number you started with. Very often they take away almost all the recharge amount, leaving just one or two rupees. The last message I got was from VZ-ViCMS. I received it today.

This malpractice needs to be stopped. The cannot be allowed to keep on cheating customers.
