Dear Sir
I am Dr Simon using Ola App for my travel. Yesterday on 27th of October I used Ola to reach from Anna Nagar west to Channai Airport. I did not opt for Paying online to Ola. So I paid the cash to the Ola driver Rs 250 as ashown by the driver.
Now in the onlline it shows in the Ola App that I have to pay Rs 253 again.
Ola is demanding money both from Driver and also from online.
If you cannot pay, you cannot use the app for next travel till you pay.
Likewise I already Paid double payment before. Now it is the second time.
