Text of Complaint by P Santosh Kumar:

Hi, i have ordered OnePlus 10T mobile on 25th September 2022 it supposed to be delivered by 5th October but I didn’t get this product. Date of expected delivery has been extended to 8th October and still I didn’t receive the product. Again delivery date has been extended to 13th October but on 11th October I got an update order has been cancelled and refund will be issued. I have called customer care services for more than 10 times but no solution. They are cheating the customers by offering discounts on products and cancelling it simply. As you are only hope to the people who can take strict action against this. This is not only money matter I won’t accept this fraud in my country. Following are my order details
