To whomsoever it may concern,
This is with regards to a scam that Makemytrip is doing to their customer. I had booked flight tickets but on cancellation I was told that I will be refunded the amount in full. Although on the mobile app (attached picture) shows that the refund is processed but the same is not reflecting in my account. Upon trying to get in touch with MMT multiple times and through multiple ways it does not go beyond the automated voice recorder. The amount is Rs. 28754 out of which only Rs.9690 has been successfully refunded but the rest is pending.
