Hi,
I have booked a ticket from Bali to Kolkata. Due to covid pandemic the flight was cancelled and I claimed a refund.The amount is 19802/. The flight date was on 24th march. Makemytrip customer care executive agreed on that and communicated in phone and mail that credit will be added in my makemytrip account within one month and close the complaint. But even after 6 month it is not credited and I am unable to contact any complain on that issue again.
