I made a booking through you ..booking id NF70121271417096. The flight was cancelled. After continuous follow up with the airline GOAIR there is a full refund happened i.e. not as credit voucher by the airline. But I see it has been marked as a credit voucher within make my trip.. and the terms and condition are awful. One of the condition mentioned is that the number of people has to be same or more … That was a family trip of 8 people and they cannot travel now. I need the money back to my account considering the airline has done a full refund without any condition. I have mail from the airline as well stating about full refund and no terms and condition. The money has been refunded by the airline on 2nd October.
