This is regarding the booking ID: NL2231062245126
I had communicated with the MMT customer care regarding the above booking ID on March 14th. I had to cancel the trip as flights got canceled because of the COVID pandemic. Since then I am trying to communicate with MMT customer care regarding refund/reschedule options. Initially, I was told that I would be given equivalent MMT travel credits instead of a refund over the phone. After a few days, they came up with another option of the travel date changes and if I was not ok with that they promised for flight/hotel refund at least.
I know its a tough time for everyone during these uncertain times. But taking care of the customer should be of one the topmost priorities. I am sorry to say that there hasn’t been proper communication from Makemytrip even after 10 months of waiting. I always have to email 3-4 times to get any response from the other side. The customer care is pathetic here. And the above case was closed without any communication with us.
