dear sir,
Requesting your help to resolve my problem. I booked international flight tickets for my parents in Jan 202. Due to COVID all flights were cancelled and government ordered the airlines to refund full amount. I have confirmed with Airfrance that refund was approved by the airlines but makemytrip is holding my money and not paying me. The total amount due to Rs 1,88,028. I have tried everything for the last one year to get a refund but my efforts are unsuccessful. Logging my complaint for help. Thank you! Please stop companies like makemytrip to operate and cheat consumers. Please. Thank you!
