MakeMyTrip is not providing refund for the flights cancelled by airlines due to Covid restrictions. When I am calling the airlines, they said that they have already paid MMT. MMT has automated customer care contact, so no way can anybody reach out to them. My PNR is ZFKRVY and TBFQHZ.
