PNR: YYSIXG. The GoAir flight was cancelled because of Covid. MMT did not support date changes through the app so I selected the “Tickets cancelled due to flight non operational” reason. MMT said a team will get in touch within 48 hours. This never happened, instead the went ahead and cancelled the ticket, providing refund of Rs 1250 and deducting Rs 6448 as cancellation charges. This is inspite of the fact that GoAir was offering PNR preservation and unlimited reschedule at no extra charge.
