I have booked a bus ticket through makemytrip and paid 2246

Now, I need to cancel / reschedule the ticket

But it shows no refund / cannot reaschedule

I have booked ticket through make my trip because it was mentioned there is easy cancellation

And there will be refund if we cancel ticket before 24hrs

I have booked ticket for 3rd may 2022

I am trying to cancel the ticket today morning i.e 1st may 2022 which means it is more than 24hrs before and bus departs at starting point

But still i am unable to get refund

If they cannot provide refund , they shouldn’t mention like refundable

When i call customer care it just send links not even give chance to raise a complaint
No reply to mails

All fake promises

They cannot do this to consumer

Came to know many are facing same issue

Please find attachment ( attached false commitment of makemytrip and invoice that i have paid)
