Hi,
I have booked my ticket from Mumbai to NY and return from NY to Mumbai via MakeMyTrip .com with ID : IN1B1579787576500. Flight is Kuwait Airlines. Now Makemytrip is playing game and not refunding my return flight ticket money due to COVID 19 and claiming to have already applied to Kuwait Airlines, but not refunding my money. I have emails from Kuwait stating that they have not received any cancellation request from MakeMyTrip (agent ), but MakeMyTrip is claiming to have raise request with request number : 0005786833. It’s been 4 months that there is no update, no phone calls to MakeMytrip, no Customercare support email ( same automated emails response by makemytrip ) and no communication by any means. Where should I go and raise complain against Makemytrip.com ?
