The above mentioned numbers are my booking ID on MakeMyTrip.
Airline cancelled my tickets in June 2020 due to covid 19 issues. I checked with airline and they said that they have refunded the amount on 13th July itself.
But make mytrip is returning the refund amount of 12000 Rs. and it’s been more than 6 months & no refund received till date.
I have done multiple follow ups with them through various media & channel but all in vein because they do not respond.
Request your help in getting my funds back asap.
