Hi ,
I have booked the tickets from Etihad Airways , Airline is providing the refund but Makymytrip is not requesting for the refund giving excuse that airline is not providing refund but when I contacted airline directly .. they said my ticket is eligible for full refund due to lockdown cancellation as per SC ruling but makemytrip to request for the refund since ticket booked through makemytrip . Please help
