I have booked my flight of Vistara on 24-03-2020 @ 09.55pm from MakeMyTrip and the same has been cancelled from the side of Vistara airlines…
I requested so many times MakeMyTrip to refund me for the same flight which was not operational . But they did not refund my amount even after the airlines transferred the amount of ticket in MakeMyTrip account (as per Vistara customer care).
Further, MakeMyTrip send many messages for wire transfer for refund the cancelled ticket but they did not send the same yet.
No customer support since last 3 months ,,I am trying to connect MakeMyTrip but they don’t have customer care services right now..
Therefore, I want to sue MakeMyTrip for their frauds and request to consumer court to put penalty on MakeMyTrip as much consumer court can.
