I booked my In-laws ticket from makemytrip, before the lockdown, during the lockdown when flights got cancelled, from makemytrip there was rule that I can’t cancel my ticket, and can do the rescheduling on any future date, that time I rescheduled my tickets to 2nd of Dec.
now on 31st October, I got the message that my bookings got cancelled as I requested, and there is no refund. after that I mailed to makemytrip on service@makemytrip.com mailid, but there is no reply, and I am not able to communicate to customer-care.
I want to do the complain that, how come without my knowledge from my account they cancelled my ticket and mentioned that its requested by me.
