I wanted to book my flight from Goa to Jaipur for date 05.09 2023 through Make my trip on dated 28.08 2023. They have provided me the connecting flights for dated 05.09.2023 which was spice get from Goa to Mumbai (time 10:20 to 11:50hrs) and indigo from Mumbai to goa ( 15:05 to 16:45) so I booked the same on 28.08.2023(Booking ID: NF78GGLT3EJHZE6T6405)
On 4th sep(12hrs before the departure of flight) evening I got a message of rescheduling of my spice get flight i.e. 15:35hrs to 17:05hrs. And other connecting indigo flight time was same as earlier. So according to this my both connecting flight’s time are same. Neither they are providing me other flight option nor they are giving me full refund. I have to booked instant another flight which was expensive due to this negligence. I had a Dr appointment for my mother checkup. This was a mental torture. I need my full refund as well as concession so that they won’t do these with others
