Description:
I booked AIrAsia flight from Ranchi to Bangalore. I cancelled flight as flight got delayed. AirAsia refunded my amount 7017/- INR. But MakeMyTrip put money in their wallet. When i asked them to refund the amount in my Amex credit card. They refunded only 350/- INR. Remaining 6667/- they didn’t refunded and they reduced the amount from MakeMyTrip wallet as well. I checked my Amex credit card. Amount is not reimbursed. Now my MakeyTrip wallet has 0/- INR. If money is deducted from wallet, then it should be added in my Amex credit card. But as no money in my wallet and my credit card. 6667/- INR is lost or money fraud.
Customer care only provided recorded message that , they have refunded complete amount. It’s been more than 2 months. There is no way to email or any person in contact centre.
